Pooja Avinash Sawant

Founder – Swizuka | Entrepreneur | Sustainable Textile Entrepreneur

Pooja is an entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in banking and financial services. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and transitioned from the corporate world to start Blissful Bedline, celebrating traditional Indian textiles.

Founder of Swizuka, Pooja focuses on sustainable and circular textile solutions, promoting responsible production and creating opportunities within the eco-friendly textile ecosystem. Known for her resilience and creativity, she balances innovation, sustainability, and traditional craftsmanship.

Dr. Aligina Anvitha Sudheshna

Founder – Swizuka | Sustainability Researcher | Circular Textile Innovator

Dr. Anvitha is a sustainability professional and researcher working at the intersection of textiles, circular economy, and environmental responsibility. She holds a PhD in textiles and community science from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology and focuses on sustainable approaches in the textile and apparel sector.

Founder of Swizuka RecyWeave Textile LLP, she transforms textile waste into valuable resources through recycling, upcycling, and circular production. Her work reduces waste, empowers rural women artisans, and promotes responsible business practices.
